Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.

What Does the Body Back 8-Week Session include?

  • Two Body Back Classes Per Week
  • Nutrition Coaching and Support Online
  • "Mama Wants Her Body Back" Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and After Fitness Assessments and Measurements
  • Private Facebook Group for Ongoing Support

Body Back® workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Please note: This program is not suitable for pregnant women. Body Back® classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides®. Postpartum moms should be at least 6 months after delivery.
