This beautiful park is a great location for our Stroller Strides classes (Body Back coming soon!).
WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel.
WHERE TO PARK: The best place to park is at the meters on Duquesne Ave, south of Jefferson Blvd. There is a free parking lot at Duquesne Ave. and Leash Ln (across from the dog park). Spaces are limited.
HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, follow you'll see a group of friendly moms with strollers in workout gear. Class meets at the picnic tables by the playground. Stroll on up and introduce yourself!

Get fully body workout at Pan Pacific Park. Our class goes around different areas of the park. You don't have to have a jogging stroller to attend class, just make sure your stroller is sturdy and not prone to tipping. Bring a yoga mat & water. and meet us at the grass near the basketball courts by the Beverly Blvd parking lot
