I am a nurse, health coach, and personal trainer, and I am so honored to start this new chapter of my life as the new owner of Fit4Mom LA. I joined Fit4Mom LA when Jazzy was 6 months old and immediately fell in love with the community. I have made so many great friends and now I am excited to help other moms experience the same in our incredibly supportive community.
